Rukan Hilla – warm family-friendly ski-in cabin in Ruka

Rukan Hilla is the warm and welcoming nest of the Ruka Nest collection — a cozy ski-in cabin inspired by the golden cloudberry of the northern wetlands. It is made for family holidays, bright winter days, summer nature escapes and relaxed evenings together. The cabin includes a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a loft sleeping area, bathroom, private sauna and separate toilet. It is compact, practical and easy to enjoy with family, friends or pets. Rukan Hilla offers a peaceful cabin atmosphere with central Ruka convenience just outside the door.

• Electric car charging is available at the public parking area near the cabin, approximately 100 m away. The same area has space for larger vehicles such as snowmobile trailers.

The slopes and restaurants are within easy walking distance, and Ruka Village and the gondola are nearby. A car is not needed for daily skiing or dining. Free parking is available next to the cabin. EV charging is available at a nearby public parking area, approximately 100 m from the cabin.

The area is ideal for families and guests who want easy access to skiing, dining and nature without needing a car. The cabin sits on its own peaceful plot, giving guests a private and relaxed cabin feeling.
