House Rules

We want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Please read and follow the house rules carefully.

Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. Please report any damage or issues as soon as possible.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is self-service. Arrival instructions are sent before arrival. Please check out on time so the cabin can be prepared for the next guests.

No parties or events

The cabins are intended for peaceful holiday accommodation. Parties, events and disruptive behaviour are not allowed.

Quiet hours

Please respect neighbours and the peaceful cabin area, especially during evening and night-time hours.

No smoking indoors

Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.

Pets

Well-behaved pets are welcome. Pets must not be left alone in the cabin if they may cause damage or disturbance. Please keep pets off beds and sofas and clean up after them.

Sauna and fireplace

Guests are welcome to use the private sauna and wood-burning fireplace. Please use them responsibly and follow the instructions provided in the cabin. Never leave fire unattended.

Cleaning and waste

Final cleaning is included unless otherwise stated in the booking terms. Guests are still expected to leave the cabin in reasonable condition, wash used dishes, take out rubbish and remove personal belongings.

Maximum occupancy

The maximum number of guests is 7 per cabin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
