Rukan Havu – cozy ski-in cabin with sauna and fireplace

Rukan Havu is the evergreen nest of the Ruka Nest collection — a classic cozy ski-in cabin inspired by spruce branches, snowy pines and warm evenings by the fire. The cabin offers a private sauna, wood-burning fireplace, well-equipped kitchen and practical sleeping arrangements for up to 7 guests. It is compact but functional, with space for relaxing, cooking, storing outdoor gear and enjoying the simple rhythm of Ruka: slopes, sauna, fire and sleep. Rukan Havu is located in central Ruka Vuosseli, about 100 m from the slopes and restaurants and close to Ruka Village and the gondola.

No car is needed for skiing, dining or reaching Ruka’s nearby services. The slopes and restaurants are approximately 100 m away, and Ruka Village and the gondola are nearby. Free parking is available next to the cabin. EV charging and space for larger vehicles are available at the nearby public parking area.

Rukan Havu is located in central Ruka Vuosseli, close to ski slopes, restaurants, trails and Ruka services. The cabin is especially convenient for guests who want easy ski access without giving up the atmosphere of a private cabin. The area is active and convenient, but the cabin itself is peacefully tucked away among the pines.
